Domestic Shipping Services

The O2b Me! Children’s’ Boutique Online store ships to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and the U.S. Territories.

All Standard orders received prior to 1:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Saturday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days (unless otherwise indicated above and on our shipping page in checkout).

All Express orders received prior to 1:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Saturday, are processed within 1 business day (unless otherwise indicated above and on our shipping page in checkout).

The shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount:

Standard Delivery
Orders shipped Standard service will be delivered via UPS, FedEx or U.S.P.S. within 3 - 7 business days.

Express Delivery - Next Business Day
Orders shipped Express service are delivered via FedEx within 1 business day (after processing) by 3:00 p.m. to most areas, Monday through Friday. Express delivery is limited in select areas. For details on service locations, call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339).

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and PO Box/APO/FPO Addresses All orders are delivered by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail and follow the same shipping rates listed in the above table. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa.

Signature Required
Shipments with a merchandise value above $300 will be sent with a signature required upon delivery.

General Information

Payment for the order is in U.S. funds.

Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.

Due to customs restrictions, orders shipping to international destinations cannot be gift wrapped. Additionally, we do not include flat pack gift boxes in international shipments.

Order Information

All orders received prior to 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, are processed within 3 business days. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person who placed the order once the order is shipped. Please note: Orders may be randomly selected for additional export reviews. In some cases, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship due to the reviews.

Once an international order is submitted on the website, we are no longer able to modify the order. If you have an O2b Me! Children’s’ Boutique account and would like to cancel an order that was placed, you must do so within one hour of submitting the order. You may do so by signing in and canceling your order in the "Order History / Status" section of My Account. Please note: shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs are not available on international orders. All undeliverable, refused or unclaimed shipments will be refunded for the merchandise amount after we have received the returned shipment.

Shipping Information

We offer Express and Standard shipping services for our international orders.

Orders shipping Express are delivered via Fed Ex International Priority service and are typically delivered within 5 business days. Tracking is available with Express service. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes with Express service.

Orders shipping Standard are delivered either via DHL Global Mail or USPS Priority Mail International, and are typically delivered within 14 business days. Tracking is not available with Standard service. We can ship to P.O. boxes with Standard service. Effective 11/29/07 all standard shipments to Japan will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping cost is based on the weight of the package.

Canada

Please note: Canadian Customs limits imports of textile products to $1,600 Canadian dollars per day for individuals who are not licensed importers. Orders in excess of these limits will be stopped at Canadian Customs and returned to O2b Me! Children’s’ Boutique. Please do not exceed these order amounts.
