Not what you were expecting? If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have purchased the incorrect size, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30-days for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs (credited to your account) if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Footwear returns will be accepted on unworn shoes with unmarked soles. We cannot accept shoes that are returned without the original shoebox.

Exchanges

Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process merchandise exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the item using our easy return process below. Then place a new order online for an alternative product.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email at returns@o2bmekids.com or by phone at 909-476-1794 to tell us what you’ll be returning and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. If you contact us by email, we will email you back your RMA Number within 24-hours. Please include your order number and item number(s) in your correspondence.
  2. Carefully pack your return for shipping as we cannot be responsible for damage during shipping.
  3. Print out your RMA confirmation email and include it in your package, or
  4. If you received your RMA number by calling us, include the RMA number in the reference section of the shipping document and write it on the outside of the package, and send to:

    We strongly recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for your return such as FedEx, UPS or DHL as we cannot be responsible for shipments that do not reach us.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original transaction and will be processed within 5 to 7 business days from when we receive your return. We will notify you by email once your refund is processed.
